Laurena,
It was my pleasure! I know there isn't a lot of information out there on how the shows actually work so I know any little bit helps. Good luck at your trunk show!

Megan

Thank you so much for this post. It is wonderful that you took the time to do this! I'm sure you are quite busy and it was incredibly thoughtful (and helpful !!) . I will be having a trunk show at Henri Bendel at some point and was happy to see this.

I'm also Brooklyn based and look forward to meeting you in the future. Thanks!

Well goon on you for keeping your chin up, it's all a learning experience isn't it? I think as long as I've been doing this I know it all, but I'm far from it and still learning all the time.
I love that you're so open to the possibilities, and to quote Mr Ford again, "if you think you can or can't, you're right". It's all in the attitude. I am sure you'll knock 'em dead next time, having this experience under your belt will prolly give you more insight than you ever thought it would.

Hi Maria,
Yes, the atrium is the main floor. You'll see the beauty section is right behind that. I'm not sure if it's a "good" spot, but you'll have access to the most customers there. Good luck!

Hi!

Thank you for the post. That's great info.
I got accepted to do a trunk show next month and I was wondering how it goes. It my first one...I make jewelry.

They told me I was going to be in the atrium first floor. Is that where you were? That's a good spot?

thanks!
